Rockport

There’s no place quite like Rockport. It is the quintessential little coastal town. We had a lot of rain this morning, but as soon as it stopped we were headed to Rockport. It is located 30 miles from our campsite on Cape Ann.

Since this is our last day in New England, we knew we had to eat some lobster. We found Roy Moore’s Fish Shack restaurant (no relation to the infamous judge Roy Moore.)

The lobster prices were the best around and it was very good.

Rockport is covered with beautiful flowers in every direction.

Bearskin Neck is the portion of Rockport that juts out towards the ocean. There are shops everywhere. It was established in 1695!

Roy Moore has another lobster shack further down Bearskin Neck.

The clouds started to break up after lunch.

Rockport is so gorgeous!
